YOU DON'T NEED TO REINVENT THE WHEEL ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Jellyfish have been in existence for at least 500 million years, and possibly 700 million years or more, making them the oldest multi-organ animal group.

The Golden Rule of customer experience is...wait for it...Treat Them How You Would Want To Be Treated! Sometimes with so many people trying to create a vortex of conversations about customer experience, simply said THEY COMPLICATE THE PROCESS. Streamline your customer experience and look just at the main target. When I look to market, I keep it simple but I keep in mind what works. I can vary my plan to a degree, but ultimately what works?? Build the plan centered around something you honestly believe in and is eye catching, pleasing, motivating, jogs their imagination and the rest seems to take care of itself. I started my company from zero.
